I normally buy 100% cotton white hotel sheets from a retailer who bulk buys and then sells these retail, but this time I thought I'd treat myself to some cotton sateen sheets. They are indeed very beautiful. They are soft, smooth and feel very luxurious - a definite treat. I'm also impressed with the generous fit. My only caveat is that they are a little on the thin side and whereas I know that thickness is not always associated with longevity I am hoping that these do go the distance.

AustraliaI love good quality 100% cotton bed linen and this ticked all the boxes for me. Soft cotton but with a tight weave so should last well. It fitted well onto my mattress with no drama too. Time will tell how long the elastic will last(usually the first thing to go on fitted sheets) but hopefully the quality of the sheet is an indicator of elastic quality.

AustraliaSoft, smooth sheets, lovely to sleep in. Good deep fitted sheet is perfect for my deep mattress, as is the size of the top sheet. I've washed them a couple of times and they came out of the dryer (low heat) with minimal creasing.
